Re: Transit passes
As an incentive to drive less and use public transportation more, offering all staff members here at the Smart company a special 50% discount on CSPTS transit passes. There are good for bus or subway travel on all routes in the CSPTS system. To apply for the special discounted pass. obtain a Transit Pass Request Form from the Human Resources office. Complete the form, have it authorized by your department head, and submit it to me before the end of the month. You can choose between a two-week pass and a six months pass. However, please keep in mind that a new form will have to be submitted each tome you need a new pass. As an added incentive to those of you who normally drive to work, please be advised that the cost to park in our building's garage will increase to $7 a day starting the first of next month.
If it normally costs $10 to park at a subway station, how much would a pass holder pay?
